Camp Registration Information
PLEASE READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BEFORE SENDING IN YOUR REGISTRATION:
FOLLOWING ARE THE REGISTRATION BASICS. YOU WILL FIND MORE INFORMATION AND ANSWERS TO MOST QUESTIONS BY SCROLLING DOWN TO THE FAQs SECTION.
Registration will close as each session fills up. Registrations arriving afterward will be put on the waiting list. If your Session is full the Camp Office will contact you to let you know of other available sessions or to confirm that you want to remain on the waiting list. Deposit checks for anyone on a waiting will not be cashed. If a spot becomes available you will be contacted by the Camp Office.
Registration will remain open for any unfilled sessions until the first day of each session. If you register after June 5 the full cost is due with the Registration Form.
A deposit of $50 per Day Camper and $100 per Overnight Camper must be included with the completed registration form in order for you to secure your child's place at camp.
NOTE: The deposit is refundable only if you cancel before May 14, 2013! If your child registers on or after May 14, the deposit is non-refundable.
Checks should be made payable to Camp Briarwood. Be sure to include your child's name and the camp session he/she is attending on the bottom of your check. Sorry, we are not able to take payments by credit or debit cards.
Please mail all registration cards and deposits to the Camp Briarwood Office at 2200 Briarwood Way, Birmingham, AL 35243 or drop off in the Camp Briarwood Office (G-100). Please check the list of current session closings by calling the Camp Office at 776-5237.
All remaining total balance payments for Day, Overnight and Special Connections Campers must be paid by June 5, 2012. Upon receipt of your registration card and deposit, we will mail you a confirmation notice along with a statement of your account.
NOTE: If we do not receive your balance in our office by June 5, 2013, we will assume that you do not want to retain your spot and we may begin to accept any waitlisted registrations.
